This class is an integrated practice that weaves together kriyas, pranayama, asana, and mantra to guide you into a state of clarity and an open heart.

Yoga is not just something we do—it’s a state we experience. Through our practice, we step out of the habitual mind, beyond the familiar patterns of self, and open into the present moment—the unknown.

True clarity lies beyond the mind. By working with the breath, awakening the energetic body, and softening and opening the physical body, we create the space to enter a deeply nurturing and clear state of being.
