A sādhana is a daily spiritual practice that supports our evolution and growth toward the state of yoga. It is a tool for cultivating qualities within ourselves that align with our intentions and personal growth. By committing to a sādhana every single day for at least 21 days, we create a foundation for transformation and deep inner connection.

How it works:
Initial Call (10 minutes):
Before we begin, we’ll have a brief call where you share your intention and discuss how much time you can dedicate to your practice each day (anywhere from 15–30 minutes, depending on your schedule). The most important aspect is consistency—showing up daily.First Session:
In our first session, I’ll guide you through the personalised practice and address potential obstacles or requirements for establishing a sustainable daily routine.Ongoing Support:
You’ll have my support throughout the 21 days to answer any questions or challenges that may arise.Final Reflection Session (10 minutes):
After completing the 21 days, we’ll have a short closing call to reflect on your journey and explore how to continue your practice moving forward.
