Reunite - a journey to reconnect, to remember and enliven that which connects us all. For that is what the practice of yoga is all about. A return to rediscovering the spirit-love-consciousness that enlivens us all and at which level we are all the same, all coming from the same source.

It is such a profound and humbling journey to realise that actually we are not just this separate bag of skin, but instead part of the whole, expressing uniquely through each and everyone of us.

So, join us on this half day of remembering and coming back to a place of love and connection and entering into the Christmas season from that place.

Day structure

• 9 - 10.30 am - Yoga Journey (Himalayan Kriya Yoga, Asana, Pranayama and Meditation)

• 10.30 - 11 pm - Time for yourself, reflection, stillness

• 11 - 1 pm - Flavours of the season (vegan & organic buffet) made by Julie
  Time for connection, music and a little bit of philosophy

• 1 - 1.30/2 pm - Closing

This event is limited to a small group of people as we firstly want to keep it personal and secondly the Cyfarm is a very cute, small place.

Other important information

• The food will be all vegan and seasonal, if you have any allergies or special wishes, please let us know in advance!!

• Bring a journal and wear comfy clothes. Mats & blocks are provided!

• The class will be in english, as we want it to be as accessible for everyone as possible. However if that is a problem and you would prefer German, please let me know and we will find a solution!
