Evening Kriya Practice

Every Thursday evening, we meet online to share a 30 minute Kriya practice (all seated) to slow down, stabilise the nervous system and ground. Ending the day consciously and with a calming practice is extremely helpful for sleep, but also helps to create an environment for reflection and with that for growth and evolution.
No prior practice or kriya practice is necessary.
